Please read carefully all the following to avoid any problem!

To reserve the date will be required a minimum 50% deposit of the total amount. * We work directly with our customers. We don't accept any payment through a third parties (resorts, agencies or other middle persons) * For last day call (request for a service in the last 48 hours), there will be a 50% emergency fee (in case that the date is open on our schedule). No exceptions made! * Notice that the day is not reserved until the security deposit is confirmed with us! Making an inquiry about the day do not book the day.

Please provide before the shooting all the information's necessary for video editing (groom & bride names, shooting location, the correct time of the beginning of the event, number of the persons attending the ceremony, shipping address, contact e-mail or/and phone numbers, your favorite music for background editing). We are not responsible for any delays caused by not providing us those information. Also, inform us when you need your wedding video. Because we focus very much on the final quality of our products, video editing is time consuming. High season can cause delays in finishing the product, so please be aware of this inconvenience.

Prices are for one video camera shooting. For two video camera shooting, please contact us for availability and prices.* All charges are in US dollars. * The final price depends on the total time spent in video production and video editing process, also by human resources and equipment involved.

The final product (your video DVD) will be recorded on quality media in two duplicates (one is a bonus disk), with labels and customized covers. * Notice that the DVD Disk are DVD-R format. Those are different than the DVD-ROM disks (Original Movies, Documentary or Video Music disks.) * Be sure that your DVD player is 100% compatible with DVD-R disks. Otherwise, you may experience technical problems: your player will skip the disk (frozen sequences on video playback) or the disk will not be recognized. * The final product is always tested before shipping to check the quality of the product! * A very useful link, where you can find information and reviews about your DVD Player is: http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers

The delivery of the final product will be made only after the payment is made in full. No exceptions!

The final product will be mailed to your requested location. Belize Post Office fee will be added to your total amount. Fed Ex service also available. Shipping is not included in any package. * Prices posted on site do not contain 10% sale tax!

For weddings out of San Pedro Town (North Ambergris Caye's Resorts, Caye Caulker, Caye Chapel), there will be added the travel fee. * For service outside those locations, please contact us for availability.
